
This weekend has been a trying one as far as the diet goes. We took Erin bowling on Saturday for making honor roll again. I wanted to eat everything there. I could smell the french fries a mile away. I did not give in though, so I am very proud of myself.
Today was good too. I had cereal for breakfast. ww meal for lunch, and David made chicken sausage, asparagus, and salad.
Didn't weight myself today, will weight tomorrow.
You are doing great. Don't forget your time on the treadmill.
