Here is an example of how snacking can affect your weight.
A chocolate biscuit contains about 80 calories.
If every day for a year the only thing that you ate, over and above what your body needed, was one chocolate biscuit, in that year you would eat an extra 29,200 calories (80 calories x 365 days).
Scientists estimate that these extra calories would result in an average person putting on around 4.2 kg (9 lb) in weight.
Without that extra biscuit each day your weight would have stayed the same.
This is a great example of how you can boost your progress by making small changes to your eating behaviour. Cutting out just one or two unheathy snacks each day can make a real difference!

Here we go
OK so I have made it through the first day with the medicine. I really did not feel hungry at all. I pretty much had to force myself to eat. I also worked out on the treadmill for 20 mins. YEA ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So my goal is to lose 20 to 30 pounds by April 1st. That way I can have a really good time a Disney World.

A Little Help
OK I went to the doctor today, and he gave me adipex,(Phentermine) to help me with my weight loss. I know that I shouldn't take medicine to lose weight, but I need the help.
